Maintenance and Safety Concerns
Several reviewers expressed concerns about the maintenance and safety of the property. Rn, who lived at the complex for over two years, reported that his car was broken into and that the front office did nothing to address the issue. He also mentioned that a homeless man would sneak into the communal area from the woods, and that there were no lights at night by the amenities, making it "pitch black." Additionally, Rn noted that the ceilings were "DISGUSTINGLY THIN" and that he heard every tenant having sex, to the point where he had to sleep and live with noise-cancelling headphones.
Unsatisfactory Management
Several reviewers criticized the management company for its handling of issues and treatment of tenants. Author Nate DeGraaf reported that he was charged a cleaning fee of $220 for an apartment he left spotless, and that the company sent him to collections. Author Christopher E. stated that the complex engaged in "shady and unlawful business practices" and that the management company would "nickel and dime" tenants at every turn. Author Lisette Cruz reported that she experienced a flea infestation while living at the complex, despite the company's efforts to exterminate the issue.
Noise Complaints
Rn also mentioned that the front office would not do anything to address noise complaints unless they could hear it outside the door, and that it was "pointless" to contact the office.

Despite the many negative reviews, Author Jun praised the property manager Sylvia and her team for making the complex feel like a home away from home. Author Keturah Young also had a positive experience, stating that the office staff was helpful and informative, and that the neighborhood felt like a community.
