Poor Customer Service
Multiple reviewers experienced poor customer service at Foothills Floral Gallery. Km Ball, Perry McLaughlin, and Lo Couture had issues with the products they received, which did not match the pictures on the website. The employees were rude, with Km Ball's husband being cursed at by the owner and Perry McLaughlin's wife being called a liar. Lo Couture's experience was more positive, but the employee was "obnoxious and rude". Scott Pietrzak received a small and wilted corsage, and Marilyn Edwards received a beautiful arrangement, but it was unclear if it was made by a different employee.
Product Quality Issues
Several reviewers received products that did not meet their expectations. Km Ball received a toxic zebra aloe vera plant, Perry McLaughlin received a broken and sloppily arranged aloe plant, and Scott Pietrzak received a small and wilted corsage. Marilyn Edwards, on the other hand, received a stunning floral arrangement.
