Quality of Care
The quality of care patient received was inconsistent. Some patients, such as those who have seen Dr. Valdez, have reported positive experiences and felt like they were being cared for like family. However, others have reported negative experiences and felt disrespected and ignored.
Professionalism and Communication
The professionalism and communication of the staff were questionable. Some patients reported being treated rudely and being talked to in a condescending manner. Others reported not being able to get in touch with the staff or having their calls ignored.
Responsiveness
The responsiveness of the clinic was slow. Patients reported having to leave multiple messages or wait extended periods of time for a response. Some patients even reported being hung up on.
Patient Portal
The lack of a patient portal was seen as a major inconvenience by some patients. It was suggested that the clinic implement a patient portal to improve communication and patient care.
