Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers shared negative experiences with the management team. Author Jingjia Chuao was asked to pay a "background screening" fee and was placed on a waitlist without being told it was non-refundable. The manager's promise of an available unit was not kept. Similarly, Author Esmaeil Dehdashti was charged for minor issues and had a difficult time communicating with the new manager, who was described as disrespectful and unresponsive. Author Juraj Stelmach did not receive their deposit back, prompting them to recommend seeking alternative accommodations.
Maintenance Issues
Author Tyr Wiesner-Hanks noted that the grounds were not well maintained, with overgrown trees and poorly pruned sidewalks. Author Scott Lonien expressed frustration with maintenance entering his apartment without knocking or announcing themselves, even when he was not at home. He also reported issues with missing medication and unannounced inspections.
Unsatisfactory Solutions
The management team's responses to issues were often inadequate, according to several reviewers. Author Esmaeil Dehdashti felt overcharged and underappreciated, while Author Juraj Stelmach was left without their deposit. Author Scott Lonien was not satisfied with the maintenance team's procedures, particularly when it came to unsupervised access to his apartment.

Several reviewers praised the management team, however. Author Alyssa Pellin described the staff as "responsive and amazing" and noted that the apartments were clean and well-maintained.
