Our Team

Meg, the owner and lead floral designer, started arranging flowers in high school and has been running Meg's Flowers since 2006. She learned the ins and outs of the floral design industry while working at a family-owned flower and gift shop in Duluth, Minnesota. Meg is passionate about supporting local farmers and creating sustainable floral designs that are both beautiful and eco-friendly.

Nina, our assistant floral designer, joined the team in the fall of 2022. She brings her love of all things vintage and beautifully magical moments in nature to our designs. Nina is a passionate creative problem solver who loves the hustle and bustle of setup and takedown, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly.

Lesley, our communications coordinator and assistant floral designer, has been part of the team since 2020. With a background in teaching, Lesley uses her organizational skills to keep client communications smooth and timely. She also loves doing installations, seeing all the bits and pieces come together into something our clients love.

Gabrielle, our special projects manager, joined the team in June 2022. As an artist, she has taught us the importance of imperfections and growth in the process, being fearless in trying new things, and starting fresh when needed. Gabrielle works magic behind the scenes, ensuring we're putting our very best foot forward in everything we do.
