Services
General Home Inspection
Our General Home Inspection follows ASHI Standards of Practice, evaluating structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for safety and defects. We focus on identifying critical issues and providing clear, actionable insights to help buyers or sellers make informed decisions about property conditions.
New Construction Inspection
New Construction Inspections ensure newly built homes meet quality and safety standards before final walkthroughs. Our NRS-certified inspectors identify overlooked defects in electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, allowing timely corrections before occupancy.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging detects heat loss, moisture intrusion, and electrical issues invisible to the naked eye. This non-invasive technology enhances inspection accuracy, identifying hidden problems in walls, roofs, and electrical panels for proactive resolution.
Commercial Property Inspection
Commercial Property Inspections assess buildings like office complexes and warehouses for structural, mechanical, and safety compliance. Our certified inspectors evaluate systems unique to commercial properties, ensuring buyers understand potential liabilities and maintenance needs.
Aerial Drone Photography
Aerial Drone Photography captures high-resolution roof images when physical access is unsafe. This technology enables detailed roof condition assessments, identifying damage or wear without risking inspector safety or property disruption.
