Reviews
Negative: The company's screening process is unprofessional and intrusive, asking irrelevant and personal questions that cross boundaries.

Intrusive Questions and Unprofessional Screening Process

The reviewer, Helen Alba, shared her unpleasant experience with a company that contacted her about a job opening. The screening process involved intrusive questions about her personal life, including her marital status and her husband's occupation. When she questioned the relevance of these questions, the screener, Charmagne, explained that it was to determine how she would be covered if she couldn't be there for her kid, and that this information would be shared with the client. The reviewer was disgusted and hung up, only to speak with Kevin, one of the owners, who apologized but reiterated the company's stance on gathering such information for their clients.

Lack of Professionalism and Respect for Boundaries

The reviewer's experience highlights the company's unprofessional and intrusive approach to screening candidates. The questions asked were not only irrelevant to the job requirements but also crossed personal boundaries. The company's response to her concerns, even from management, was unsatisfactory, and the reviewer ultimately asked to be removed from their list.
