Leadership Team

• Bob Stephens, Market Officer, Cincinnati: With a strong background in logic and management, Bob oversees capital deployment and asset management in Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, and Indianapolis.
• Tim Moore, Senior Vice President, Central Region: Based in Memphis, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the Central Region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management.
• Michele Truhe, Vice President, Human Resources: Michele directs all Human Resources initiatives, including benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
• Jon Harmon, Vice President, Capital Deployment & Leasing: Jon oversees acquisitions, leasing, and property management in Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
• Justin Burns, Market Officer, Northeast: Justin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring industrial investments on a regional basis.
• Matt Breaux, Chief Strategy Officer & East Region EVP: As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt leads the company's disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• David Laibstain, Executive Vice President & General Counsel: David oversees all IDI Logistics legal matters and supervises the company's outside counsel.
• Charlie McPhee, Senior Vice President, West Region: Charlie is responsible for all capital deployment and operations efforts for the West Region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management.
