Dr. Sabri Ibrahim, PharmD, is the founder and CEO of Pharmacy of America. He has an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional patient care and unparalleled customer service. Under his leadership, Pharmacy of America has become the go-to pharmacy for the Philadelphia community.
Overwhelmingly Negative Experience
The majority of reviewers had a disastrous experience at this pharmacy, with only one reviewer having a positive experience. The common complaints revolve around poor customer service, including long wait times, unclear communication, and unhelpful staff.
Eric Knucklez, the most prolific reviewer, had a series of negative encounters, describing the pharmacy as "corrupt" and mentioning issues with prescription filling and poor communication. He even went so far as to make a video about his experiences.
Other reviewers echoed similar sentiments, with Serenity Johnson detailing frustrating experiences with delayed opening times, inadequate facilities, and poor customer service. Stephanie Mease was told to wait three more days to fill her prescription, despite the insurance company having no issue with payment. Claudia Stokes, a rare positive reviewer, praised the pharmacy for their excellent customer service and cooperation with doctors and insurance providers.
