Issues with Booking and Customer Service
Kristie Sirakos had a frustrating experience while trying to book a ride for her clients. She was on hold for 45 minutes and was not provided with a direct extension or a call-back option to provide her credit card information. When she finally emailed her card number, she was told she would be billed after the rides were complete, but instead, nearly $1000 was held in her account without her knowledge.
Susan Kennedy was also dissatisfied with her experience, citing that the driver did not have identification in the window as promised and was not wearing a mask, putting her and her guests at risk.
