Office Etiquette and Professionalism
The office is described as having a mix of polite and friendly staff, as stated by Denna Morris, who gave the office 5 stars. However, Kellie Young and James Bridges had negative experiences with the staff, with Kellie mentioning that the associate attorney, Sarah, was extremely rude and complained about being at work since 7:00 am. James Bridges also described Mark as "very unprofessional" and mentioned that he used profanity.
