Instructor Qualifications and Performance
The instructors at TSAI are highly praised for their exceptional performance and expertise. Several reviewers, including Jon Stark and Jeff Cross, have commended the instructors' knowledge and support. Art, in particular, is singled out for his helpfulness and ability to make the check-ride successful.
Airplane Availability and Maintenance
The availability and selection of planes are also highlighted as a strength of the school. Reviewers have praised the school's fleet, including the Diamond DA20, which is considered an excellent aircraft for training.
Customer Service
Unfortunately, there are also some concerns about customer service. Robert Linton had a poor experience trying to get in touch with the office to resolve an issue with his account. He reported that no one responded to his emails, calls, or texts for over a week. Similarly, Joe Diez mentioned that nobody seemed to answer his inquiries about enrollment. Ignas Krivickas had a frustrating experience when he arrived from Europe for a flight test, only to find that the airplane was not ready.
Pricing and Instructor Conduct
Ab mentioned that the CFI rates are quite expensive. However, it is worth noting that Ab's overall rating is 2 stars, which suggests that they were generally satisfied with the school.
Enrollment and Admissions
The school's enrollment process is also criticized by Joe Diez, who struggled to get in touch with the school to inquire about enrollment.
