Design and Quality Issues
The reviewer, Jeff Stamper, expresses his frustration with the design and quality of the signs produced by Walton. He specifically mentions the use of fluorescent lamps with odd sizes, which makes them difficult to replace. The lamps are also secured with electrical tape, which melts over time, making it hard to access and replace them. The sockets come out when the lamps are pulled out, which is a poor design according to Stamper.
