Overall Experience with CNC Home Care
CNC Home Care has received mixed reviews from its clients and caregivers. While one reviewer had an excellent experience, two caregivers had horrific experiences with the agency.
Positive Experience
One reviewer, Cary Jennings, had a wonderful experience with Chris Clausen, who provided valuable advice and assistance in caring for an elderly person with dementia.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, two caregivers, Mary Rios and Portia Portia, had terrible experiences with the agency. They cited unprofessional behavior from the staff, lack of support, and poor communication. Mary Rios was given a bad report after quitting her job, despite giving two weeks' notice. She was also sent to care for a client without proper training or support. Portia Portia was terminated without notice and faced rude behavior from staff members Tammy Wilson and Carol.
Staff and Communication Issues
Both negative reviewers mentioned poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Mary Rios felt that the company did not care about the well-being of its caregivers or clients, and Portia Portia was a victim of poor communication, which led to her termination.
