Diamond Factory Service North is a locally owned business that was formed in 2014 when an area retailer exited southern Wisconsin. We provide appliance repairs in the Greater Madison Area, Janesville, Greater Milwaukee Area, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Kenosha, Racine and Rockford markets, along with nearly all the smaller cities and towns in between.

As a business, we are strategically partnered with most area retailers, including Brothers Main, Grand, Furniture & Appliance Mart, Lowes, Home Depot and Nonns to name just a few. DFS North is also strategically partnered with Whirlpool allowing us to provide unmatched expertise for the Whirlpool family of brands. This exclusive relationship with Whirlpool provides us with private training sessions throughout the year, and solutions to certain problems that no other servicer in the State of Wisconsin has access to. The Whirlpool family of brands we provide in and out of warranty repair support for include: Whirlpool, KitchenAid, JennAir, Amana, Maytag, Roper, Estate and Ikea products. As a result of this relationship, DFS North is the largest provider of Whirlpool family branded products in the State of Wisconsin.

While DFS North is locally owned and operated, it is also partnered with a larger appliance repair business servicing several Midwest states.
