Our Procedures
We offer a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including face procedures such as septorhinoplasty, facelift (rhytidectomy), and skin rejuvenation; breast procedures including breast augmentation, mastopexy (lift), and reconstruction; body procedures including abdominoplasty, liposuction, body contouring, and cellulite reduction. We also offer non-invasive treatments such as EMSCULPT NEO for fat elimination and muscle building.

Our team is led by two highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeons. Dr. Ted Ortega, a renowned plastic surgeon, has over 50 years of experience in the field. Dr. Marcos Ortega, a skilled plastic surgeon, has a remarkable background as the former Chair of Surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital. Both doctors are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and are proud members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Disappointing Experience with a Doctor
The reviewer, Jill White, expresses her extreme dissatisfaction with a doctor, giving him a 1-star rating. She begins by stating that she would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
Misleading Information and Unacceptable Results
Jill had surgery performed by this doctor, but the results were far from satisfactory. Despite being told that there would be no scarring, she was left with terrible scars. The doctor had her sign a consent form that showed potential scarring in her hairline and behind her ears, but when she tried to file a malpractice claim, the doctor sent her attorney a modified version of the form that included additional possible scarring areas.
Lack of Transparency and Unprofessional Behavior
Jill was also disappointed when she asked to see before-and-after photos, and the doctor claimed it was against the law to show them to her. However, she notes that other plastic surgeons are able to share such photos without revealing patients' faces. Her breast reduction procedure was also botched, leaving her unhappy with the outcome.
Regret and Warning to Others
Jill regrets not doing her due diligence and researching other doctors before choosing this one. She wants to warn others about her terrible experience in hopes that they will avoid making the same mistake.
