Disappointing Experience
One customer, Bijan Lynn, had a terrible experience with the limousine service. The driver disappeared for hours, and when he returned, he was suspected of drinking the customers' alcohol. The limousine was also old and lacked modern amenities like USB ports. The driver's behavior was reckless, swerving on the road and speeding, making the ride scary.
