Our community is located just a mile away from Texas Tech University, making it the perfect spot for students who want to be close to campus. We offer a range of floor plans, from studios to four-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished and equipped with in-unit laundry, private bathrooms, and smart TVs. Our community features a resort-style pool with sun shelf, two fitness centers, two private dog parks, and a 24-hour coffee and espresso bar.

Maintenance and Repairs
The residents' experiences with maintenance and repairs are often inadequate. For instance, Jeannefer Liu mentioned that the bathroom wall in her unit was damaged when she moved in, and the gates were always broken, allowing unauthorized access into the complex. Evan Rae reported similar issues with maintenance, including a dirty apartment and broken door stop. Kayla Jones expressed frustration with maintenance requests, including a recurring issue with flying ants in her apartment that management failed to address.
