This service is provided for 10% of new leases and 10% of homes currently under lease. There are no signing fees, no leasing fees, no basic advertising fees, and no maintenance fees.
Tenant Location/Leasing Agency Services
If you're looking for professional guidance and assistance with managing your property, we can provide complete leasing agent services. Our services include market analysis and strategic planning, aggressive advertising, showings, tenant screening and selection, lease agreement preparation, and negotiations. This service is provided for 50% of the first month's rent. There are no signing fees, no vacancy fees, no basic advertising fees.
