Poor Experience with Services
Some customers have expressed disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Wood Landscaping. Mark Martin, who prepaid for landscape management, experienced a poor first visit, where perennials were removed and never replaced. Despite assurances, the issues were not resolved, and he was left feeling ignored.
Joseph H. spent $15,000 on a landscaping project but was still waiting for a promised replacement of a diseased dogwood tree. He was unable to get any response from the company despite numerous calls.
Lucy Balivia had a horrible experience with the crew, describing them as rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the safety of others.
David R. attempted to request a quote for design/build work using the company's online form but never received a response, forcing him to take matters into his own hands.
Positive Experience with Services
