Disappointing Work Environment
Working at this place can be a nightmare due to the hostile environment created by some of the higher-ups. The plant manager is known for screaming at employees, showing favoritism to certain staff members, and lying to his superiors. The 1st shift supervisor at the warehouse is also problematic, as they tend to lie, act childish, and run the team at a slow pace. The overall environment is not conducive to advancement, and employees are expected to kiss up to management to get ahead. Despite being easy to work at for those who follow directions and work at a steady pace, the lack of professionalism and respect from management makes it a challenging place to work.
