As a licensed professional counselor, I, Steven Hardebeck, am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Our mission is to provide effective and confidential counseling services to adults and couples in Oklahoma City. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to heal, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their struggles and concerns.

Services

At Quest Counseling, we offer a range of services to cater to your unique needs. Our services include:

• Individual Counseling: Our individual counseling services are tailored to address your specific struggles and goals. We use a combination of existential and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy approaches to help you navigate life's challenges.

• Couples Counseling: Our couples therapy services are designed to help couples strengthen their relationships and overcome common issues such as communication, disconnection, and infidelity.

• Workshops: We offer issue-specific workshops that meet for several hours in a short period, providing a convenient and informative experience for clients.

• Online/Phone Counseling: For those who may have limited time or distance restrictions, we offer online video and phone sessions to provide convenient and confidential counseling.

About Steven Hardebeck

As a licensed professional counselor, I have 10+ years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and have completed advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach, working together with clients to identify and address their unique needs and goals.

Fees

Our fees for individual and marriage/couples counseling sessions are $130 per 55-minute session. I am currently in-network with Health Choice insurance.
