Problems with Apartment Maintenance
Many residents have reported issues with the apartment's air conditioning system, with some even experiencing temperatures exceeding 85°F for over 24 hours. Despite submitting work orders, no one has come to address the problem, with management claiming that it's not an emergency. This has resulted in residents, including students who work from home, feeling uncomfortable and unable to conduct their daily activities.
Additionally, several residents have reported issues with break-ins, homelessness, and poor living conditions. Some have even experienced vandalism and roaches. The maintenance team has been criticized for being slow to respond to requests and for not following through on promises.
Positive Experience

She submitted a work order after a heat wave and was pleasantly surprised when the maintenance team not only fixed the issue but also found and fixed other problems simultaneously.
