Apartment Living
The apartment complex has received generally positive reviews from residents. One reviewer, Gary Monroe, praised the property manager, stating that everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He specifically mentioned apartment 1212 and 525 as being perfect for working professionals and graduate students, citing the beautiful sunrises overlooking the creek and river birches.
Another reviewer, Britney Jette, shared a similar experience, calling the apartment complex "the best place to rent from in town" and highlighting their willingness to help with any needs.
Naomi A. gave the complex a 4-star rating, praising the professional and nice apartments. However, she noted that the maintenance team's response times could be improved.
Disappointingly, Andre Smith had a negative experience, awarding the complex a 1-star rating. He expressed frustration with the lengthy response time to maintenance issues, including a broken pipe, and alleged unfair treatment regarding his security deposit. He also mentioned being unimpressive with the phone call attempts to the office.
Emily Berry, on the other hand, had an initially adversarial situation with the leasing company but ultimately praised their professionalism and respect in resolving the issue. She now continues to reside in a property managed by the same company.
