Our Services
We offer a range of counseling services, including individual therapy, EMDR therapy, couples therapy, and LGBTQIA+ counseling. Our therapists are trained in various modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, and Attachment-based Therapy (Theraplay Level 1). We also provide yoga and mindfulness-based interventions to promote relaxation and stress reduction.

Our founder, Henry Meraz, LCSW, has extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations and has assisted many individuals through gender therapy and the transition process. Our team members, Lacie Turner, LMFT, and Donald Turnmire, LMFT, bring a wealth of experience and expertise in working with individuals, couples, and families.
