At GEO Next Generation High School, our mission is to empower students to accelerate their academic pathways to advance their social mobility and achieve their career and life-long goals. As part of the GEO Academies national network of successful charter schools, we are committed to providing a student-centered, content-rich K-12 education model that exceeds traditional college prep education. Our innovative approach allows students to earn college credits and credentials on college campuses, giving them a head start on their academic and career aspirations.

Our Services

GEO Next Generation High School is a 9-12 public charter school that offers a unique education model, focusing on college experience, workforce readiness, and community leadership. Our students have the opportunity to take college classes on college campuses, beginning as early as the 9th grade, with our College Immersion Program. This hyper-personalized dual enrollment program is designed to provide students with real-life skills, academic, social, and emotional support, allowing them to develop the confidence and skills necessary to earn poverty-busting degrees by the time they graduate from high school.

Student Success Stories

Our students are achieving remarkable success, with over 40% of our 2023 graduates earning a full year of college and 10% earning a full associate degree. Our students are not only earning academic credits but also gaining real-world work experiences, networking, and building relationships that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Expansion and Replication

We are excited to announce that we have been awarded a $9.6 million federal grant to expand and replicate our model in Indiana and Louisiana. This five-year grant will allow us to expand our enrollment by 1,600 students and provide startup support for the opening of three new schools in Indiana and Louisiana, serving an additional 1,250 students.
