Our Services
We offer a range of services to ensure the quality and efficiency of our recycled plastics. These services include:
- Metal Separation & Screening: Separating both ferrous and non-ferrous metals using our state-of-the-art equipment.
- Testing & Quality Control: Putting all materials through a variety of tests, including melt index, melt point, intrinsic viscosity, density, and durometer, as well as multiple levels of visual inspection.
- Railcar Unloading: Unloading railcars into Gaylord boxes or Supersacks, and handling bulk trucks at our different locations.
- Shredding Systems: Processing pipe up to 20 feet long and up to 48 inches in diameter, handling HMWHDPE, HDPE, or PVC pipes.
- Grinding Systems: Grinding a variety of materials and removing fines and separating metal from our finished materials.
- Re-Packaging: Providing re-packaging services into Gaylords boxes or Supersacks.
- Pulverizing: Pulverizing PVC regrind in our Tampa, FL facility.
- Bulk Truck: Unloading PET pellet from bulk trucks directly into Supersacks at our Mississippi facility.
