At RDH Environmental Services, we are a compliance service company that has been providing sampling, flow monitoring, installations, preventative maintenance, equipment/system services, reporting, and supporting administrative services to assist our clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements for Industry and Agencies since 1988. Our team of experienced compliance management professionals and field technicians work together to meet our clients' needs, utilizing the latest technologies, training, and equipment.
Our History
RDH Environmental Services started out as RDH & Associates, selling wastewater process equipment in 1988. As compliance sampling became a regulatory requirement, we recognized the need for a solution provider for both application and installation of equipment. This led to the expansion of our services, and in 1994, RDH & Associates became RDH Environmental Services, focusing on regulatory compliance services for Industry, Regulatory Agencies, and Engineers.
Our Services
At RDH Environmental Services, we offer a wide range of services to assist our clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Our services include:
Sampling: We utilize multiple sampling methods, including time and flow composite, discrete, solids, sludges, and grab samples, using auto samplers and specialized sampling equipment. Our sampling methods are per EPA Methods using State Certified Laboratories.
Flow Monitoring: With over 30 years of flow monitoring experience, we provide flow monitoring services for collection systems, engineering, process flows, open channel, storm water, and water lines. We utilize the latest technologies, including ultrasonic, area velocity, Flo-Dar (Laser), bubbler, pressure, and electromagnetic sensors. Our services include logging and displayed data and graphs, as well as optional remote monitoring with web and smart phone data access, including text and e-mail alerts.
Installation and Servicing of Equipment, Systems, & Remote Monitoring: Our experienced technicians are trained to install and maintain multiple types and manufactures of equipment and systems, including confined space entry and calibrations. We provide maintenance and installation of wastewater equipment and systems, including chemical feed, injection, and mixing controls and meter setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Remote Monitoring: Our remote monitoring services include cellular monitoring systems with text and web alerts, logging, and displayed data and graphs. We offer solar and AC battery backup systems, including AC with battery backup systems for new and existing applications.
Reporting: We provide reporting services, including flow studies, sampling protocols, and regulatory reporting. Our reporting services assist clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
Software: We have developed cloud-based software, GCS, which is a SaaS (Software as a Service) and mobile app for water and wastewater compliance, administering task management and reporting. Our software simplifies daily compliance operations, tasks, service requirements, and reporting.
