Mari, a Property Manager, has been particularly praised for her outstanding services. The office staff, including Ashley, have been commended for their accommodating and friendly nature.

However, some residents have experienced issues with maintenance and repairs. Danj, a resident, reported numerous problems with his apartment, including a lack of essential fixtures, miscommunication with staff, and slow response times to maintenance requests. Cockroaches have also been a persistent issue for several residents.
Fees and Services
Residents have also expressed frustration with additional fees and services. Ms. TxPink reported having to pay multiple fees for services, including a fee for rent invoices and a fee to use a debit card. Valet trash has also been criticized for being ineffective and overpriced.
General Concerns
