Our History

Founded in 2005, Paramount Property Management Inc. was established to provide residential property management services to the Treasure Valley area and nearby towns. Over the years, we have managed properties in all types of housing markets, from the highs to the lows, and have developed a deep understanding of the Treasure Valley housing market. Our Team

Our CEO, Cassandra Swanson, has over 10 years of experience in property management and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Boise State University. She is also a board member for the Southwest Idaho National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and is pursuing the Master Property Manager (MPM) designation.

Our CTO, Cory Swanson, has over a decade of experience as a program developer and has a background in construction, woodworking, and maintenance management. He volunteers with local organizations and is committed to using new technologies to improve our services.
