Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Products
Several customers have reported poor experiences with XpriteUSA. Author Justin Miller's order was cancelled without notice, and he was unable to contact the company for a refund. Chelsea Bezeau's order was also cancelled, and she was unable to get a response from the company.
Poor Quality and Incorrect Products
Tnunn had a series of problems with his order, including receiving incorrect cables and experiencing poor quality products. Jackie from XpriteUSA attempted to help him resolve the issue, but the company's mistakes and unreliable products caused him frustration.
Lack of Communication and Refunds
Authors Matt Olson and Dan Lewin reported receiving incorrect or damaged products. Matt's amber lights burned out, and Dan's order was delayed. In Dan's case, the company eventually refunded him and apologized for the mistake.
Untrustworthy Company
Dor Levi and Vinny Gee had disastrous experiences with XpriteUSA. Dor claimed the company sent a broken hood and refused to refund his money. Vinny's headlights malfunctioned after the warranty expired. Jamie Valentine's order was incorrect, and he was charged a restocking fee for returning the product.
