Quality of Prints
The quality of prints from Miratec has been disputed, with one reviewer, Star E. Knight, accusing the company of charging an extra $20,000 for prints that are "average" and comparable in quality to those from a different print shop. According to Knight, they had to reprint a job due to errors with the original order, which was nearly $30,000. In contrast, they were able to get the same prints from another company for under $7,000.
Prices
Miratec has also been criticized for their prices. Knight shares an example of a 6-inch by 6-inch ADA sign that cost almost $500 to print, compared to $50 from a different company. This suggests that Miratec may be overcharging customers for their services.
Customer Service
On the other hand, Bailey Whitehead, a representative from Sign Pro, had a positive experience with Miratec. Seth from Miratec was prompt, double-checked dimensions and drawings, and ensured the finished product was correct. Whitehead expresses gratitude towards Seth for his help with translucent vinyl print projects over the years.
