- Short Term Rehabilitation Services: Our state-of-the-art therapy equipment and Accelerated Care Plus modalities enable us to deliver top-notch rehabilitative care following surgery or illness. Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to helping our residents regain strength, mobility, and independence as quickly as possible.
- Long Term Skilled Nursing Services: For those requiring long-term care, our skilled nursing staff provides round-the-clock attention, addressing both medical and personal needs. Our goal is to maintain the highest possible quality of life for each resident in a comfortable and secure environment.
- Respiratory Services: Our on-site Respiratory Therapist is available seven days a week to provide expert care for residents with tracheostomy management and weaning, Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Pneumonia, Pulmonary Hypertension, Emphysema, CPAP/BiPAP therapy for sleep breathing disorders, and Airway management.
- Memory Care Neighborhood: Our secure, intimate 31-bed Memories Unit is designed specifically for female residents with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. This home-like setting offers cognitively stimulating activities customized to each individual's functioning level, an enclosed courtyard for enjoying the outdoors, and an atmosphere that promotes memory recall and reminiscing.
- Therapy Services: Our outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies are available for transitional, outpatient, and long-term care patients. Our team of skilled therapists helps individuals adapt to changes in their living situation, recover from injuries, or manage chronic conditions.
- Specialty Programs: We offer several Specialty Programs to address the diverse needs of our residents, from Alzheimer's care to Short and Long-Term Rehab Care.
- Amenities: Our residents enjoy spacious private and double rooms, complete with microwaves, mini-fridges, coffee makers, desks, and in-room showers. Our welcoming facility features a peaceful chapel, inviting dining room, and beautiful interior halls and courtyards. Additionally, our Short Term Rehabilitation Center offers separate private suites for our short-term residents.
