Hearthside Rentals is a property management company that has been serving the Greenville, NC area since 1985. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the local real estate market, we pride ourselves on being leaders in our community and the property management industry.

Our team is led by Jane Smith, a native of Denver who has been involved in property management since a young age. Jane's passion for property management began when she helped her parents run their property management company. After studying business at Stanford University, Jane returned to Denver and founded ABC Homes, LLC in 2004. Under her leadership, the company grew from nothing to managing over 1500 single-family homes in the Denver metro area. Jane is active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has worked to promote best practices for property management through the organization.

John Doe, our CFO, is also a native of Denver who has been involved in property management from a young age. John helped his parents run their property management company and later studied business at Stanford University. After graduating, John returned to Denver and founded ABC Homes, LLC in 2004. Under his leadership, the company grew to manage over 1500 single-family homes in the Denver metro area. Like Jane, John is also active in NARPM and has worked with the organization to promote best practices for property management.
