Founders Todd and Kate Korgan met at the beach and fell in love, buying their own beach house soon after. Witnessing the lack of proper management in their own home, they knew they could do better. House Condition and Maintenance
The reviews suggest that some properties, such as Ocean Waves, have recently been remodeled and are well-maintained, making them ideal for guests. However, others, like King Neptune, have significant issues with cleaning, including mold, stains, and dirty appliances.
Customer Service
The customer service experience varies greatly among guests. While some, like Jim Martinek, had no issues with the booking process and even received assistance with a minor issue, others, like Michelle Erickson and Kathie Malcher, experienced horrible customer service, including unresponsive staff and unprofessional behavior.
Safety Concerns
Some properties, like King Neptune, have safety hazards, such as a step down in the laundry room without proper signage and a buckling rug in the living room that can cause tripping. Additionally, an emergency gas leak at King Neptune resulted in the evacuation of guests.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Some properties, like Ocean Waves, are pet-friendly and have a fenced-in yard, making them ideal for guests with pets.
Overall Experience
The overall experience of guests varies greatly, with some, like Debi Stangeland, having a wonderful and relaxing vacation, while others, like John Reid and Kathie Malcher, had a horrible experience due to poor maintenance, safety concerns, and unresponsive customer service.
