Reviewers have noted that the facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, with kind and attentive staff who provide excellent care to their residents. This is evident in the 5-star ratings given by Authors Courtney Bell and Anya Gonzalez, who both highly recommend the facility.
Concerns and Issues
However, some reviewers have expressed concern and frustration with their experiences at Delaney Park. Author Xiomara Ortiz gave the facility a 1-star rating and shared a disturbing story about her father's care. She alleged that the facility failed to provide her father with his prescribed medication, which led to his worsening condition and ultimately his death. Author Cynthia also gave the facility a 1-star rating and shared her experiences with neglect and frustration, specifically regarding her inability to use the restroom facilities and the attempts to discharge her against her will.
