- Screening and qualifying prospective tenants
- Evaluating property periodically to determine rental value through market surveys
- Reviewing the physical condition of the property and developing maintenance programs
- Collecting rent and security deposits
- Disbursing expenses with vouchers through trust account and providing monthly computer-generated accounting statements
