Several guests experienced issues with their stays, including unresponsive customer service and cancellation of reservations without justification. Paul Kim, for instance, had his reservation cancelled by the property management company just two months before his ski trip, with no compensation or explanation. Similarly, J. Lin and Mike Staebell reported rude and condescending behavior from reservation specialists, making it difficult for them to reschedule their reservations.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many guests had positive encounters with Apex Properties. Catherine Bredrup praised the company's responsiveness and dedication to getting things right. John & Donna Skower appreciated the informative and timely assistance they received from Apex personnel. Patrick McHugh, too, was pleased with the prompt and courteous service he received. Randy Bechtolt, despite initial issues with the air conditioning, was satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve the problem.
