The office experience has been a source of frustration for some patients. Long wait times, with waits of at least 45 minutes past scheduled appointments, have been reported. The staff's reaction to patients' frustration has been perceived as rude and unprofessional.
Medical Care and Diagnosis
Concerns have been raised about the medical care and diagnosis provided by the office. In one case, a patient was prescribed an aggressive antibiotic with severe side effects, and the office staff and doctor were unresponsive to the patient's concerns. In another case, a patient's melanoma diagnosis was missed, allowing the cancer to progress to stage III.
