Residential Experience at The Left Bank
Poor Management and High Fees Galore
Some residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the management of their apartment complex. Emily Wang, for instance, reported being charged unfairly for Wi-Fi without her consent, while Antigive Up lamented being slapped with unreasonably high utility bills, amounting to $600 per month. Antigive Up also complained that the management failed to respond to emails and made false promises about utility costs.
Mixed Bag of Pros and Cons
On the other hand, some residents have had a more positive experience. Brittany Mullen praised the community manager, Lindsey, for being accommodating, while Don Y. commended the staff's helpfulness and the amenities. Kailin Chen noted that the apartment was spacious and well-maintained, although she encountered some issues with UPS delivery. Steven Chang also had a generally positive experience, commending the quick response of maintenance staff and the location's convenience.
Maintenance and Communication Issues
Some residents have expressed frustration with the maintenance team's response time and quality of work. Lexie Qiang pointed out that the team took over two months to fix a problem, while Steven Chang mentioned that the concierges, although responsive, were sometimes slow to address issues.
