Unsatisfactory Experience
Some patients have reported a lack of professionalism and competence from the front office and surgical staff. Drucilla Angel, who tore her ACL in November, experienced a long delay in scheduling appointments and was uninformed about her insurance coverage. She felt that the surgery was slow to be scheduled and was not well-prepared for her visit. Additionally, Dr. Parker was reportedly uninformative and unsympathetic during her visits.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, some patients have had very positive experiences with Dr. Parker and his staff. Amanda Lindsey, who underwent ACL surgery, praised Dr. Parker as the "best Surgeon I Could ask for."
