Our Story

Preferred Care Counseling started with a vision to offer a safe, caring, and therapeutic counseling environment for individuals experiencing mental health problems. This idea soon became a reality, and in 2010, Preferred Care Counseling was founded. Over the years, we have expanded our services and facilities to provide the best treatment for those seeking help across the Mahoning Valley. Today, we have three locations in Poland, Warren, and Canfield, Ohio, and a team of over 30 clinicians who are committed to serving our clients with professionalism, support, and non-judgment.

Our licensed counselors are trained to help individuals overcome obstacles, increase positive feelings, and work through relationships. We also offer tele-therapy services for those who prefer the convenience of online therapy.
