Our Community
Our community consists of 120 generously sized 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, each featuring secured building access, free heat, walk-in closets, garbage disposal, and most with dishwashers. Our apartments are also cable and internet ready, making it easy to stay connected. We meet the Kalamazoo Promise residency requirements, making us a great option for families and students alike.

Pet Friendly
We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why we welcome cats in our community. A one-time $100 non-refundable pet fee is required, and an additional $10/month per cat will be added to your rent. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the property, and emotional support animals are allowed with prior approval and documentation.
