Unsatisfactory Experience
The reviews for this mental health provider are divided, with some users having a poor experience and others having a positive one. Dirty Environment is a common issue brought up by users. Crystal Frey, who gave a 2-star rating, described the office as being "filthy" with a dirty couch, dusty desk, and unprofessional use of a cell phone during a session. This led to an attack triggered by the unhygienic environment and the doctor's unprofessionalism.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Julia M., who gave a 5-star rating, enjoyed the beautiful outdoor environment of the office. However, it's important to note that this reviewer clarified that the office is an independent provider, not a psychiatric hospital.
Unsatisfactory Service
Whitney Ellington, who gave a 1-star rating, had a poor experience with the office's service. The receptionist was rude and hung up on her, and the office refused to see her children due to the lack of involvement from the children's father, despite having sole custody.
