Contamination Monitoring
As part of California's initiative to reduce its carbon footprint and contribution to climate change, we have implemented contamination monitoring at randomly selected residential and commercial properties. This process allows us to confirm proper sorting practices and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and effective recycling services.

SB 1383 is California's law to reduce organic waste methane emissions and is referred to as California's Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Strategy. This law requires all jurisdictions to provide organics recycling collection services and aims to reduce organic waste methane emissions from landfills.
