Exceptional Service
In a surprising turnout of events, AJ from this real estate company went above and beyond to help a client. Despite the client's online inquiry being received at 10pm on a Friday, AJ responded promptly and scheduled four tours for the client the very next day. Her dedication and professionalism earned her a 5-star review from the satisfied client.
Unacceptable Performance
Unfortunately, not all experiences with this company were as positive. Three clients shared disappointing stories about their interactions with agents from this company. Connie and Tammy both gave 1-star reviews, citing failed communication and professionalism issues with their respective agents. Connie's agent missed an appraisal by a significant margin, while Tammy's agent failed to respond to her agent's attempts to reach out or update her on an offer. Ginny's experience was similar, as she claimed that her agents, Warren Gibbons and Jill Popp, were unresponsive and unprofessional during her rental experience.
