Unsatisfactory Experiences
Lack of Professionalism and Poor Service
Many customers have had negative experiences at SpaForever. Author Grace reported feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and that the staff member, Susan, was unprofessional and made smart remarks. Bob Son had a disappointing experience with lip filler, saying that the procedure was not done properly and that he was not offered a redo.
