The Potomac Center, Inc. (PCI) is a private practice that has been providing mental health services to Northern Virginia residents for over 40 years. Our team of 13 Licensed Clinical therapists is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples of all ages with counseling, psychological testing, group, family, marital, and individual therapy services. We take pride in being one of the few practices that offer a full array of mental health services under one roof, and we are committed to being available to our clients 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.

We work with all insurance companies and are here to help you every step of the way. Neurobiofeedback

Neurobiofeedback is a type of biofeedback that teaches self-control of brain functions to subjects by measuring brain waves and providing a feedback signal. Neurobiofeedback addresses problems of brain dysregulation, including anxiety-depression spectrum, attention deficits, behavior disorders, various sleep disorders, headaches and migraines, PMS and emotional disturbances. While sessions are not typically covered by insurance, they can be an effective way to address a variety of mental health concerns.
