Working Conditions
Many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with their experience working for KLTC delivery drivers. Hemu Goel, a former employee, claimed that the company misclassified employees as independent contractors to avoid paying taxes. He also criticized the manager, saying that the individual was not competent and had failed to implement necessary changes.
Mary Shief, another reviewer, reported that the dispatch staff was rude and uncommunicative, making it difficult to do the job effectively. She also warned that employees should be careful not to get stuck with expenses, such as charging them $10 per hour for using the company vehicle.
Financial Issues
Several reviewers mentioned financial concerns related to working for KLTC. Hemu Goel stated that the company did not provide mileage reimbursement, even though the IRS requires it. He also believed that the company would face legal action for its misclassification of employees.
