Review by Jennifer Strickland: Extremely rude associate. I ordered an arrangement going to a funeral and only had $50 to send an arrangement to a funeral. I told the man if he could add the delivery charge to that price since it was all I had. The man that answered the phone told me that that was impossible, that he couldn't do an arrangement for a funeral for that small price and that he had to decline this order and rudely hung up on me.
Review by Gary Sanders: I'm out of town and sent Mother's Day flowers to my mom. They arrived half dead and then they overcharged me on top of it. When I called to discuss it they hung up on me. This is after four years of doing business with them. Wow! One problem and you just hang up on me? Screw that! Disputing the charge with credit card company and now I'm out for a FULL refund not just an adjustment. I won't be going to them ever again!
